My wife and I couldn’t be more happier with job Fabian and his Smarter Remodeling team done. Smarter Rem did our room addition, good price, quality workmanship, prompt and courteous workers. Fabian the project manager, oversaw the entire job and always kept me informed of the progress. Recently had some issue with our exterior door on the room addition, so I contacted them the promptly return my call and dispatched Jeff to over see and ensure all our issues was address. If you are searching for a company who will work very hard to give you that perfect kitchen, Smarter Remodeling is it. We contracted them to gut and remodel our kitchen in October 2016. A meeting with Joe Macik at their office helped us visualize the layout and gave us ideas for the finishing touches. Joe was our contractor and he did an outstanding job designing the kitchen and managing each phase of the job seamlessly. The kitchen was started November 7th and by Thanksgiving we had our first meal in our beautiful new kitchen. From the owner Fabian to Joe, Julio, Ernesto and Ron, everyone was professional and worked very hard to give us our dream kitchen. After getting several estimates, we decided to hire Smarter Remodeling because we thought their pricing was reasonable and we felt they did quality work. We did have a few minor problems(as there is in any renovation) but each one was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I waited two months to post my review because I wanted to use the kitchen and see if any problems developed. We discovered a drawer in the pantry was coming apart on one corner and a door needed readjustment. One quick call and three days later Joe came and fixed everything. So they stand behind their work too. Thank You Everyone at Smarter Remodeling for our gorgeous new kitchen!

Smarter Remodeling is well-named. I am an IT consultant so I really like the way they use technology to show you their design for you in 3D. It’s great that the finished result also looks like they showed you. I even followed the project’s progress online every step of the way. But the human touch comes in with the personal attention that is paid to your project. Fabian and his team of specialists take care of everything. Fabian Videla and the Smarter Remodeling team are the most responsive, honest and comprehensive remodeling contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with or recommending. Whether it is for windows, kitchen remodeling, electrical and AC, or room additions, I have always found them to be attentive and ready to explain where they are at in the process, or make a better suggestion, whenever I had a question. I also have used them several times on projects at the beaches and in the Historic District with my clients and friends, many of whom will hire them for one project, then call them later to do another remodel or upgrade. We were extremely please with Chris and his team! We had a remodel project done in our premiere classroom over a long 3 day weekend. When we returned Tuesday morning, the classroom was immaculately cleaned, the large project was complete and we were ready for class! What an awesome morning!!! I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

The way renovations should be!! We had three windows converted to a huge glass slider. Working with smarter remodeling was the best decision. They were professional, responsive, and thorough. I highly recommend them for all your remodeling needs.

We recently engaged the team at Smarter Remodeling to complete a renovation of a garage apartment in preparation for my mother moving in.
