Kitchen remodeling with removal of structural wall
Customer wanted to open up the kitchen and also the living room/dining room area. We achieved this by removing structural walls and securing structure with new engineered beams. We designed an open and bright kitchen conducive to stronger family interactions

Large kitchen remodeling with steel beam installation
On this project the customer wanted to open up and expand the kitchen area. To do that we would need to remove a structural wall supporting a second story. We designed a steel beam to achieve the support needed and also created an inviting and moderm kitchen

Opening new possibilities
Removing an outdated peninsula and adding a modern island with a sink, allowed us to incorporate a much-needed double wall oven with pantry cabinets

Laundry renovation
By moving the laundry machines out of this area, we were able to create a much more useful and tasteful area with design elements that perfectly compliment the surrounding area.
